Clearing Trouble Codes

1. Using diagnostic check wire tool No.09843-18020, or equivalent, connect terminals Tc and E1 of the DCL1 or DCL2.
2. Turn ignition switch On.
3. To clear diagnostic trouble codes, depress brake pedal eight or more times within three seconds.
4. Check warning light shows normal diagnostic trouble code, then remove check wire and connect short pin to DCL1.
