Condenser Removal
1.Discharge refrigerant from system
2.Remove upper cover
3.Remove cooling fan
4.Using a screwdriver, remove the 14 clips in the upper support seal
5.Remove liquid tube and discharge tube. Torque: 10Nm (100kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf.)
Notice: Cap the fittings immediately to keep moisture out of the system.
6.Remove headlights on both sides
7.Remove the 2 bolts and lean the radiator backward then remove the condenser.
Condenser installation
Installation is in reverse order of removal.
