Fuel Tank: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Fuel Tank, located behind the rear seat of the vehicle, houses the fuel supply, fuel gauge sending unit, and the fuel pump.

OPERATION
Fuel flows from and to the Fuel Tank via the Fuel Supply Line and the Fuel Return Line and is protected from fuel vapor expansion through the fuel vapor line.
