When the malfunction code is not confirmed in the diagnostic trouble code check and the problem still cannot be confirmed in the basic inspection, then proceed to this step and perform troubleshooting according to the numbered order given below.

3. Volume Air Flow Circuit
4. Injector Circuit
5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation
6. Ignition Signal Circuit (Spark Test)
7. Compression
8. Fuel Pump Control Circuit
9. Ignition Coil
10. Distributor
11. Spark Plug
12. Back Up Power Source Circuit
13. Cold Start Injector Circuit
