Removal and Installation

1. Disarm SRS as described under Air Bag Disarming & Arming.
2. Remove front seat, Fig. 22.

3. Remove front and rear door scuff plates, center pillar trim panel, seat belt shoulder anchor cover and anchor bolt.
4. Remove bolts and outer seat belt, then peel back carpeting and disconnect pretensioner electrical connector.
5. Remove pretensioner and outer belt.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten attaching bolts to specifications.
