Fuel Pressure Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

PROCEDURE

Removal

1. Disconnect the Data Link Connector 1 from the bracket.
2. Disconnect the Vacuum Switching Valve connector.
3. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the Vacuum Switching Valve.





4. Remove the bolt, Data Link Connector 1 bracket and Vacuum Switching Valve assembly.
5. Remove the screw and Vacuum Switching Valve from the Data Link Connector 1 bracket.

Installation

1. Install the Vacuum Switching Valve with the screw.
2. Install the Data Link Connector 1 bracket and Vacuum Switching Valve assembly with the bolt.
3. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses to the Vacuum Switching Valve.
4. Connect the Vacuum Switching Valve connector.
5. Connect the Data Link Connector 1 to the bracket.
