3-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with ignition SW at ON position
9-Ground: Continuity with light control SW at Auto position
7-Ground: Continuity with driver's Door open

(2)1-2(2): Closed with light control SW at Head position

C13 LIGHT CONTROL SW [COMB. SW]
15-16: Closed with light control SW at Auto position
