Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair

Actuator Replacement:

Refer to figure above for actuator replacement, noting the following;

1. Drain high pressure fluid as outlined.
2. Using brake tube union nut wrench tool no. 09751-36011 or equivalent, disconnect the brake tubes from the actuator.
3. Reverse procedure to install, bleeding the brake and TRAC system when operation is complete.
