Detecting Condition

open or short in Sub Throttle position Sensor circuit for 0.5 seconds or more.
or
IDL 2 contact is ON and VTA2 output exceeds 1.5 volts for 0.5 seconds or more.

Trouble Area

- Open or short in Sub Throttle position Sensor circuit.
or
- Sub Throttle position Sensor.
- Engine Control Module.
