Brake Pedal Assy: Adjustments

Refer to Specifications for pedal height and freeplay references.
1. Loosen stop light switch, then the clevis locknut.
2. Adjust pedal height by turning pushrod.
3. Tighten locknut and adjust stop light switch 0.02-0.09 inch from pedal stopper.
4. Depress pedal several times to relieve vacuum.
5. Push pedal until beginning of resistance is felt. Adjust freeplay by turning pushrod, if necessary.
