The following production change has been made to improve the wear characteristic of the vinyl material on SC 300/400 Front Seat Cushion Shields:
Polyvinyl coating thickness has been increased.

The increased thickness was incorporated into SC 300/400 production as of the following Frame Numbers:

PART IDENTIFICATION:
Production numbers have been engraved on the back side of both left and right front cushion shields in the following location:
(See Figure 1).
The seat cushion shield production markings identify the Production Year, Production Month and Day. (See Illustration).
FIELD FIX INFORMATION:
Remove front seat cushion shields and replace from part stock.
PART NUMBER INFORMATION:
There has been no change to LH/RH Front Seat Cushion Shield part numbers.
