The woofer amplifier (P/N 86280-50140) on '93 LS 400 Pioneer Systems has been improved to increase bass response from the woofer speaker. Both Pioneer systems with and without CD changer utilize this woofer amplifier.





The woofer amplifier is located in the upper left corner of the trunk as shown:





PRODUCTION CHANGE INFORMATION:

Modified woofer amplifiers have a new part number (P/N 86280-50141).

EXCHANGE UNIT INFORMATION:

Exchange woofer amplifiers will be modified to have increased bass response.

^ Pioneer started modifying exchange woofer amplifiers from 7/93.





^ Modified exchange woofer amplifiers will have an "-02" after Pioneer's Part Number.

^ Please return exhanged woofer amplifier to Pioneer immediately.
