Variable Induction Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

PROCEDURE

Removal





1. Remove the vacuum control valve set.
- Disconnect the Vacuum Switching Valve connector.
- Remove the 2 nuts and vacuum control valve set.





2. Remove Vacuum Tank and Vacuum Switching Valve.

Installation

1. Install Vacuum Tank and Vacuum Switching Valve.
- Install the Vacuum Switching Valve with the screw to the Vacuum Tank.
- Install the vacuum hose.

2. Install vacuuum control valve set.
- Install the vacuum control valve set with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 21 Nm (15 ft lb)

- Connect the connector to the Vacuum Switching Valve.
