DTC 74

Circuit Description

The PR squib circuit consists of the center airbag sensor assembly, seat belt pretensioner check connector and seat belt pretensioner RH (squib). It causes the SRS to deploy when the SRS deployment conditions are satisfied. Diagnostic trouble code 74 is recorded when an open is detected in the PR squib circuit.
