Installation of Protector Sheet

(5) Remove string from protector sheet. Position and secure the protector to seat pad over side bolster motor (areas indicated in Figure 4) using double-sided foam tape (not supplied).





(2) Pass the string attached to the protector sheet into the back frame as shown in Figure 2.





(3) Insert and position the protector sheet between the side bolster frame and pad as shown in Figure 3.





(4) Push the protector sheet downward while at the same time, pulling the string downward until the top of the protector sheet is level with the hole located in the seat cushion as shown in Figure 4.

Ensure that the protector sheet is placed around the side frame.





(5) Remove the string by untying the knot and pulling downward on one end as indicated in Figure 5

(6) Reinstall seat back cover as described in repair manual.


(7) Repeat the procedure on the other seat.
