If a vehicle is produced prior to the production effective date listed above, check to ensure protector is installed by pushing firmly with the palm of your hand on the lower portion of the outside seat bolster.

If the seat motor is clearly felt under the surface of the leather seat cover, a protector must be installed. Follow the instructions below for proper protector sheet installation without seat cover replacement.
