Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

When performing the following underhood servicing, it is necessary to disarm the airbag system as stated MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING. After completion of procedure, rearm airbag system.

1. Disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. Remove headlamp assemblies from vehicle.
3. Remove front bumper assembly.
4. Remove horns, then disconnect cooling fan electrical connectors.
5. Remove three cooling fan retaining bolts, then fan assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
