Lexus will initiate three Special Service Campaigns for 1990 Lexus LS 400 vehicles.
The following vital information is provided to inform you and your staff of the campaign schedule and your degree of involvement required:
1. Dealer, Owner Notification
^ Dealer notification package mailing date: December 1, 1989 (Copy attached)
^ Owner notification letter mailing date: December 5, 1989
2. Number of Vehicles Involved in Your Region
^ Nationally, there are approximately 8,000 total vehicles involved. Please refer to the enclosed SSC summary reports by area/district/dealer. The list indicates the number of vehicles involved in this campaign in your area.
^ This list may be utilized by your staff for future follow-up.
Please review this entire special service campaign package with your staff and make sure that all appropriate personnel are completely familiar with its contents so that they may provide the necessary support to your dealers and maximize our combined customer satisfaction efforts.
