Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

Fig. 1 Clutch Pedal Adjustment Locations:

1. Ensure pedal height is between 7.52-7.91 inches on ES 250 models and 6.48-6.88 inches on SC 300 models, Fig. 1.
2. If necessary, adjust height with pedal height adjusting locknut.
3. Ensure pedal freeplay is .020-.59 inch on ES 250 models and .197-.591 inch on SC 300 models. Ensure pushrod play on both models is between .039-.197 inch.
4. Loosen locknut and adjust freeplay and pushrod play if necessary. Check pedal height.
