Installation
SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Temporarily install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.
(b) Fully tighten the bolt [A] first, then the bolt [B] to install the rear seat outer belt assembly.
Bolt A - Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)
Bolt B - Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.
CAUTION:
Securely lock the locking button.
(d) Connect the shoulder anchor of the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.
Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
(e) Check if the ELR locks.
NOTICE:
The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.
(1) With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY Installation
3. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the floor anchor end of the rear seat belt assembly and install the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

9. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side) Installation
10. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER Installation
11. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE Installation
12. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation
13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE Installation
14. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly LH Installation.
15. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly RH Installation.
16. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX (for LH Side) Installation
17. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)
(a) for Compact Spare Tire:
(1) Install the deck side trim box LH Installation.
18. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for LH Side)
(a) for Full Size Spare Tire:
(1) Install the deck side trim box LH Installation.
19. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (for LH Side) Installation
20. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for LH Side)
(a) for Compact Spare Tire:
(1) Install the No. 4 rear floor board Installation.
21. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for LH Side)
(a) for Full Size Spare Tire:
(1) Install the No. 4 rear floor board Installation.
22. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for RH Side)
(a) for Compact Spare Tire:
(1) Install the deck side trim box RH Installation.
23. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for RH Side)
(a) for Full Size Spare Tire:
(1) Install the deck side trim box RH Installation.
24. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for RH Side)
(a) for Compact Spare Tire:
(1) Install the No. 3 rear floor board Installation.
25. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for RH Side)
(a) for Full Size Spare Tire:
(1) Install the No. 3 rear floor board Installation.
26. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
(a) for Compact Spare Tire:
(1) Install the spare wheel cover assembly Installation.
27. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
28. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY Installation
29. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
30. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Inspect the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
