2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front engine mounting insulator assembly with the 3 nuts and cap.

Torque : 52 Nm (530 kgf-cm, 38 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and clamp.

2. INSTALL TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Install the transverse engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts and nut.

Torque : 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf) for the nut

Torque : 87 Nm (887 kgf-cm, 64 ft-lbf) for the bolt A

Torque : 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf) for the bolt B

3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR

(a) Install the radiator assembly and fan assembly with motor Installation.
