Installation

2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Engine Mounting): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

(a) Connect the hose to the duty vacuum switching valve and install the duty vacuum switching valve with the bolt.





Torque : 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and clamp.





(c) Connect the 3 vacuum hoses and install the 3 vacuum hoses to the hose clamp.





2. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

5. INSTALL BATTERY Installation

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
