SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): REASSEMBLY

27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the 2 screws.

28. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

(a) Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH with the 3 screws.





29. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP

(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap.





30. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX

(a) Install the rear seat center armrest box.





31. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear seat center armrest door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.





32. INSTALL CUP HOLDER

(a) Engage the 2 clips.





(b) Install the cup holder with the 2 screws.

33. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

34. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER

(a) Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining spacer to the rear seat center armrest assembly.





35. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Engage the guide and install the nut.





(b) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush, and the rear seat center armrest support RH.





Torque : 13 Nm (128 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

36. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK MOULDING RH

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the rear seatback moulding RH with the 3 screws.

37. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK MOULDING LH

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the rear seatback moulding LH with the 3 screws.

38. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK HINGE

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush, and the rear center seatback hinge.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

39. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE LH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush, and the rear seatback hinge LH.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

40. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts and 2 bushes and install the center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

41. INSTALL NO. 2 CENTER SEATBACK COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws.





(b) Install the No. 2 center seatback cover with the screw.

42. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

(a) Connect the rod as shown in the illustration.





(b) Engage the guide.





(c) Install the rear seat reclining cover with the 2 screws.

43. INSTALL COAT HOOK CAP

(a) Engage the 2 claws and guide, and install the coat hook cap as shown in the illustration.





44. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat center headrest support RH.





45. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat center headrest support LH.





46. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 clips and install the rear seatback board sub-assembly.





47. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

(a) Engage the 4 guides and claw, and install the rear seatback lock cover RH as shown in the illustration.





48. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK COVER

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the rear center seatback cover.





49. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the center seat cushion as shown in the illustration.





50. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage each hook as shown in the illustration.





(b) Engage the 2 hooks and install the center seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.





51. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR RH

(a) Engage the reclining cover protector RH as shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the screw.





(c) Install the reclining cover protector RH with the clip.

52. INSTALL RECLINING COVER PROTECTOR LH

(a) Engage the reclining cover protector LH as shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the screw.





(c) Install the reclining cover protector LH with the clip.

53. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the elastic band.





(b) Install the rear seat center seat assembly with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

54. INSTALL UPPER CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

(a) Install the upper center seat hinge cover LH.
