Part 1





SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion spring assembly with the 4 bolts and 4 bushes.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

(a) Engage the claw to install the rear seat hook.





(b) Engage the 4 rear seat hooks.

(c) Engage the 6 cable clamps and install the rear seat reclining control cable.





3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER

(a) Install the No. 2 rear seat cover with the screw.





4. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER

(a) Install the No. 1 rear seat cover with the screw.





5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER RH

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the rear seat reclining inner cover RH with the screw.

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH

(a) Engage the claw.





(b) Install the rear seat cushion side cover LH with the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws.





(b) Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the 3 screws.

8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Engage the claw.





(b) Install the rear seatback cover RH with the 2 screws.

9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 12 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) As shown in the illustration, pass the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover through the separate type rear seatback pad.





NOTICE:
After installing the bracket, check that the band is not twisted.

10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER Installation

12. INSTALL BELT SUPPORT PLATE

(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the belt support plate.





13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Temporarily install the side airbag so that it is stored inside the rear seatback cover with pad.

(b) Install bracket A onto the bolt and insert the guide.

(c) Install bracket B onto the bolt and insert the guide.

(d) Install the rear seatback cover bracket with the nut.

Torque : 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
* For vehicles with side airbags, the side airbags may not be activated normally unless the rear seatback cover is securely installed.
* Check that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.
* Install the bracket securely.

(e) Using hog ring pliers, install a new hog ring.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog ring, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(f) Engage the hook.

(g) Install the rear seat belt hook with the bolt.





Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)

(h) Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(i) Engage the 5 hooks.

(j) Engage the 2 fasteners and install the rear seatback cover with pad.

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support RH.





15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support LH.





16. CONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER

(a) Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 guides.





(b) Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 claws and install the cover.

18. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.





19. INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the guide.





(b) Install the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)

20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Engage the guide.





(b) Engage the 2 clips and install the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

21. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover RH.





22. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

23. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the "TORX" bolt to the rear seat lock striker.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)

24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

(a) Install the rear seatback lock striker protector.





25. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with 11 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(c) Engage the 2 elastic bands.





(d) Engage each hook.





(e) Engage the 2 hooks to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad.
