Installation

MIRROR (EXT): OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the claw to install the outer rear view mirror assembly as shown in the illustration.





(b) w/o Side Monitor System:

(1) Install the 3 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(2) Engage the clamp as shown in the illustration.

(c) w/ Side Monitor System:

(1) Install the 3 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(2) Engage the clamp as shown in the illustration.

(3) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the outer mirror install hole cover as shown in the illustration.





3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR

(a) Install a new outer mirror protector.





4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER Reassembly

5. INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET Reassembly

6. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 3 FRONT SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL DOOR FRAME GARNISH Reassembly

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

11. INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT DOOR STIFFENER CUSHION Reassembly

12. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

13. INSTALL DOOR ARMREST COVER Reassembly

14. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side) Reassembly

15. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side) Installation

16. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG Reassembly

17. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

18. ADJUST SIDE TELEVISION CAMERA OPTICAL AXIS (CAMERA POSITION SETTING) (w/ Parking Assist Monitor System)
