Removal

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR (for Center Floor): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Removal

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH Removal

3. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH Removal

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH Removal

8. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH Removal

9. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH Removal

10. REMOVE ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR

(a) Remove the 2 clips and turn over the floor carpet.





(b) Remove the nut.





(c) Disconnect the connector and remove the electrical key oscillator.

NOTICE:
Be careful when removing the electrical key oscillator. If the oscillator is dropped, replace it with a new one.
