Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY Installation

2. INSTALL STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE

(a) Engage each clamp.

(b) Connect each connector to install the rear console box wire.

(c) Install the screw.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Install a new No. 2 console compartment door cushion to the No. 1 upper box plate.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Install a new No. 1 console compartment door cushion to the No. 1 upper box plate.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the No. 2 upper box plate and No. 1 upper box plate.

7. INSTALL NO. 1 UPPER BOX PLATE (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the No. 1 upper box plate as shown in the illustration.

(b) Engage the 2 clips and 2 guides.

8. INSTALL NO. 2 UPPER BOX PLATE (for TMC Made)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the No. 1 upper box plate.

9. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the 2 console box cushions to the console compartment door sub-assembly.

10. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Aligning the inside groove of the console compartment door sub-assembly with the console compartment door hinge, slide the console compartment door sub-assembly and install it.

11. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Slide the console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow and engage the 4 guides.

(b) Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

12. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (for TMC Made)

(a) Engage the 6 claws, 2 clips and 2 guides to install the front console upper panel garnish.

13. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE BOX POCKET

(a) Install the lower console box pocket as shown in the illustration.

14. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT BOX (w/ Seat Heater System)

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the console compartment box.

15. INSTALL CONSOLE COIN BOX

(a) Install the console coin box as shown in the illustration.
