1. CHECK HEADPHONE

(a) Check if the wired headphone jack is securely connected.

OK:

Wired headphone jack is securely connected.

NG -- SECURELY CONNECT JACK OF WIRED HEADPHONES
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. REPLACE HEADPHONE

(a) Replace the headphone with a known good or new one and check if the same problem occurs again.

OK:

Same problem does not occur.

NG -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Problem Symptoms Table

OK -- END (HEADPHONE WAS DEFECTIVE)
