This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

Repair Procedure / Driver's Seat Lumbar Support Noise
To help eliminate a potential rubbing noise, fit a piece of felt (size L: 260 mm, W: 60 mm, and T: 1 mm, from the Interior Noise Kit (P/N
08231-00801) to the back side of the seat back as shown.
