INTRODUCTION

To reduce a whistling noise caused by excess clearance between the front door frame and the front door belt molding lip apply EPT Sealer, L: 40 mm, W: 5 mm and T: 5 mm, from the Wind Noise kit (P/N 08231-00810) to the front door belt molding as shown below:

This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
