Removal

NOTE:
This procedures shows removal and installation of the upper arm ball joint.
1 Remove the upper arm. For additional information, refer to Upper Arm Upper Arm
2 Remove the dust seal.
- Remove the seal retainer.
- Remove the circlip.




3 Using the special tools, remove the ball joint.

Installation

CAUTION: Make sure the timing marks are aligned.
Using the special tools, install the ball joint.

CAUTION: Circlip holes to be 90 degrees rotated from timing marks.
Install the circlip.
