Headliner

Removal
1 Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications
2 Remove both A-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel A-Pillar Trim Panel
3 Remove both B-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel
4 Remove both C-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Upper Trim Panel C-Pillar Upper Trim Panel
5 Remove both D-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to D-Pillar Trim Panel D-Pillar Trim Panel




6 Disconnect the RH A-pillar electrical connector.
- Release the wiring harness from the 4 clips.




7 Remove the sun visor.
- Remove the cover.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Release from the clip.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Repeat the above procedure for the other side.




8 Remove the sun visor retaining clip.
- Release the screw cover.
- Remove the screw.
- Repeat the above procedure for the other side.




9 Remove the front overhead console.
- Carefully release the 9 clips.
- Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.





10 Remove the 4 passenger assist handles.
- Release the 2 screw covers.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Repeat the above procedure for the other handles.





11 Remove the rear speakers.
- Remove the speaker grilles.
- Remove the 6 screws.
- Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.

12 Position the front seats fully forward.





13 With assistance, carefully remove the headliner.
- Release the 4 clips.

NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the interior lamp bezels.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the 4 clips.
- Remove the retaining plate.
- Repeat the above procedure for the other lamp.





15 Remove the volumetric module.
- Release the 4 clips.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

16 Remove the volumetric module bezel.

17 Remove the headliner wiring harness.





18 Remove the 2 clips.

Installation
1 Install the clips.
2 Install the headliner wiring harness.
3 Install the volumetric module bezel.
4 Install the volumetric module.
- Connect and secure the electrical connector.
- Secure the clips.
5 Install the interior lamp bezels.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the retaining plate.
- Secure the clips.
- Repeat the above procedure for the other side.
6 With assistance, carefully install the headliner.
- Secure with the clips.
- Install the screws.
7 Reposition the front seats.
8 Install the front overhead console.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Carefully secure the clips.
- Connect and secure the electrical connectors.
9 Install the sun visors.
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- Install the screws.
- Install the screw covers.
- Secure the clips.

10 Install the passenger assist handles.
- Install the screws.
- Install the screw covers.

11 Install the rear speakers.
- Connect and secure the electrical connectors.
- Install the screws.
- Install the speaker grilles.

12 Connect the RH A-pillar electrical connector.

13 Install both D-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to D-Pillar Trim Panel D-Pillar Trim Panel

14 Install both C-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Upper Trim Panel C-Pillar Upper Trim Panel

15 Install both B-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel

16 Install both A-pillar upper trim panels. For additional information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel A-Pillar Trim Panel

17 Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications
