Removal





1 The procedure for removing the Brake Disc is the same as described in the Range Rover Workshop Manual, except that the disc is secured with socket headed screws.

Installation
1 Ensure mating surfaces of disc and drive flange are clean.
2 Fit disc to flange, ensuring that the direction of rotation shown on the label, matches the direction of the road wheel rotation when the vehicle is moving forwards.

CAUTION: When refitting the caliper, ensure the following.
- Inspect the caliper mounting screws for damage, corrosion or wear and renew if necessary.
- Apply Loctite (blue) to mounting screws threads.
- Tighten the caliper to mounting screws to 108 Nm, (79 lbf.ft).
