Repair Procedures

SECONDARY SEAT

SEAT ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
1. Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the rear seat assembly (A).




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the clip (B).
2. Remove the recliner lever (A).




3. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the cover (A).




4. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the recliner cover (A).




5. After loosening mounting screws, then remove the seat cushion assembly (A).




6. Remove the cover (A).




7. Disconnect the protector (A) and remove the panel (B).




8. Disconnect the adhesives (A) on the front of seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (B).




9. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT BACK COVER REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the recliner cover.
2. Remove the recliner cable (A).




3. After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the armrest (A).




4. Remove the bend (A).




5. Remove the back panel (A).




6. Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.




7. After removing the hogring clip on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (B).




8. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT FRAME REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the following items.
A. Recliner cover
B. Headrest guide
C. Seat back cover
D. Seat cushion cover
2. Remove the frame cover (A).




3. After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (B) and seat cushion frame (A).




4. After loosening the mounting nuts, then remove the seat cushion frame (A).




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

(LH)
1. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the recliner cover (A).




2. Remove the clip (B) and recliner lever (A).




3. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).




4. Remove the screw and cover (A).




5. After loosening the mounting bolt and nut, then remove the armrest mounting bracket (A).




6. Remove the bolt and armrest (A).




7. Remove the armrest (A).




8. Disconnect the protector (A) and zipper (B).




9. Remove the panel (A).




10. Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.




11. After removing the hogring clip (B) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).




12. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT
1. After puling the ribbon (A) remove the seat cushion (B).




2. After loosening mounting screws, then remove the seat cushion assembly (A).




3. Remove the panel (A).




4. Disconnect the protector (B) and remove the panel (A).




5. After removing the hogring clip (A) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (B).





SEAT FRAME REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the following items.
A. Recliner cover
B. Headrest guide
C. Seat back cover
D. Seat cushion cover
2. Remove the frame cover (A).




3. Remove the cover (A).




4. Disconnect the recliner cable (C).
5. After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (B) and seat cushion frame (A).




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

THIRD SEAT
1. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the box (A).




2. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat assembly (A).




3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT BACK COVER REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the third seat assembly
2. Remove the seat back panel (A).




3. Remove the recliner lever mounting nut (A).




4. Disconnect the protector (A).




5. Pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching the end of the guides, and remove them.




6. After removing the hogring clip (A) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (B).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the third seat assembly.
2. Disconnect the protector (A).




3. Remove the seat cushion (A).




4. After removing the hogring clip (A) on the front of seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (B).




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

SEAT FRAME REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the seat back cover.
2. Remove the seat cushion cover.
3. Remove the clip (A) and pin (C).
4. After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (D) and seat cushion frame (B).




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
