INSPECTION

TAPE HEAD AND CAPSTAN CLEANING
1. To obtain optimum performance, clean the head, and capstan as often as necessary, depending on frequency of use and tape cleanness.
2. To clean the tape head and capstan, use a cotton swab dipped in ordinary rubbing an alcohol. Wipe the head and capstan.






REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the front console under cover (A).




3. Remove the center facia panel (B).
.




4. Remove the mounting screws (4EA) then remove the audio unit(A).




5. Remove the audio unit after disconnecting the audio connectors and cable.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the audio unit connectors and cable.
2. Install the audio unit.
3. Install the crash pad center facia panel.
4. Install the front console under cover and negative(-) battery terminal.
5. Check the audio system.
