P0643 Sensor Reference Voltage \'A\' Circuit High - Inspection/Repair:_:W/Harness Inspection
Terminal & Connector Inspection
1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?
Power Circuit Inspection
Check voltage
1. IG "OFF" and disconnect MAPS, TPS, APS, A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor, CKPS(only ISG), BVS(only ISG) connector.
2. IG "ON"
3. Measure voltage between power terminal of MAPS harness connector and chassis ground.
4. Measure voltage between power terminal of A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
5. Measure voltage between power terminal of TPS harness connector and chassis ground.
6. Measure voltage between power terminal of APS harness connector and chassis ground.
7. Measure voltage between power terminal of CKPS harness connector and chassis ground.(only ISG)
8. Measure voltage between power terminal of BVS harness connector and chassis ground.(only ISG)
Specification :Approx. 5V
9. Is the measured voltage within specification ?
