Component Inspection

Check torque sensor
1. Ignition "OFF".
2. Connect Scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
3. Engine "ON " and select "SCOPEMETER FUNCTION" on scantool.
4. Operate the steering wheel to the left and right.
5. Measure output signal between terminal Main sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

6. Is torque sensor main signal within specifications?
