Component Inspection

Check cooling fan relay
1. Ignition OFF.
2. Disconnect Cooling Fan Relay connector.
3. Connect ohmmeter between one and the other terminal of cooling fan relay : 1
4. Connect ohmmeter between one and the other terminal of switch after connecting battery supply (+),(-) : 2
5. Measure resistance between one an the other terminal of Cooling Fan Relay.

Specification :Cooling fan relay part coil resistance : 89.8 - 90Ohms
the resistance across the switch terminals after connecting battery power (+),(-) at both ends of the coil : 0.1 - 0.2 Ohms

Cooling Fan Motor Inspection
1. Drive the cool fan from 1step to 9step forcibly and then installs oscilloscope probe at the Speed terminal and VF(Feedback) terminal of BMS.
2. Measure the waveform of the cooling fan motor in the conditions of cooling fan driving.

Specification :Refer to "Signal Waveform"




















3. Are measured value within specification ?
