General Description

The Motor Control Unit (MCU) supplies AC voltage to both the Drive Motor and the Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG). The Drive Motor provides output torque to the drivetrain and the HSG starts the gasoline engine. The Drive Motor Position Sensor detects Drive Motor Stator/Rotor position to assist in proper torque output.

DTC Description

The MCU sets P0C17 when there is a failure in the Drive Motor Resolver calibration.
