P0A4C Generator Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance - Scantool Diagnostics
Monitor DTC Status
1. Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE") & Vehicle "STOP".
2. Connect GDS and select "DTC Analysis" mode.
3. Click "DTC Status" on the menu bar to view DTC information.
4. Confirm that the "DTC Readiness Flag" indicates "COMPLETED". If not, drive the vehicle within conditions noted in Freeze Frame Data or Enable Conditions.
5. Read the "DTC Status" parameter.
6. Is parameter displayed "Present fault"?
Monitor Scantool Data
1. Ignition ON/Hybrid Ready (Cluster Indicator "READY" On) Vehicle Parked.
2. Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.
3. Selet "Currnet Data"mode and monitor "Generator(HSG) Resolver Mal Counter" parameter.
Specification :1)Generator(HSG) Resolver Offset : 6.28 ± 0.18el.
Fig.1-1) Resolver Offset adoptation is not available if the Generator(HSG) Resolver Offset value is out of 6.28 ± 0.18el range.
Fig.1-2) It is a Motor Resolver Falut if the Generator(HSG) Resolver Mal Counter reaches more than 132 times.
4. Is the measured data within specifications?
