P0841 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor DTC Status

1. Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE") & Vehicle "STOP".
2. Connect GDS and select "DTC Analysis" mode.
3. Click "DTC Status" on the menu bar to view DTC information.
4. Confirm that the "DTC Readiness Flag" indicates "COMPLETED". If not, drive the vehicle within conditions noted in Freeze Frame Data or Enable Conditions.
5. Read the "DTC Status" parameter.




6. Is parameter displayed "Present fault"?











Monitor Scantool Data

1. Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE") & Vehicle "STOP".
2. Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.
3. Selet "Currnet Data"mode and monitor "E/C Fluid Pressure Offset stored" and "Engine Clutch Fluid Pressure" parameter.
