General Description

Various TPMS functions rely on a speed signal that must be accurate to the actual vehicle speed. Three speed signals (ABS1 FR wheel, EMS1 speed signal, TCS5 FR wheel) are compared for accuracy. These three speed signals must be identical. If not, a DTC will be set and the TPMS warning indicator will illuminate.

DTC Description

This DTC indicates that there is a fault in speed inputs to receiver failure. It can be caused by damage to speed sensor, receiver input failure, incorrectly wired harness & shorted or open pins.
