Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor connection. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for pushing back, looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration,or damage for High/Low Voltage Connector.
3. Has a problem been found?










Vehicle Fuse Inspection

Check for the vehicle fuse
1. Is the vehicle fuse blown?






Vehicle Battery level Inspection

Check the vehicle battery level
1. Is the vehicle battery level between 200 - 310?






Cooling Fan Inspection

Check the Cooling Fan status when A/C ON
1. Is the Cooling Fan functioning well?






Active Air Flap Inspection

Check the Active Air Flap status
1. Is the AAC open?
