B2313 Water Pump Open - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor Scantool data

1. Connect GDS to DLC.
2. Ignition "Off".
3. EV Ready or HEV Ready.
4. Operate the HVAC water pump. (EV mode, set Temp over 25°C(77°F))
5. Check the DTCs on GDS.
6. Is the DTC B23136 deleted?
