Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor connection. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for pushing back, looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration,or damage for High/Low Voltage Connector.
3. Has a problem been found?










Vehicle Over Heat Inspection

Check for the heat source around the E-Comp
1. Is there any heating elements?






A/C On Operating Inspection

Wait 20 minutes and then check the E-Comp operating status when A/C ON
1. Is the E-Comp functioning well?






Inverter Thermal Pad Inspection

Check the Inverter Thermal Pad status




1. Is there any problem on the thermal pad?
