B1685 Engine RPM fault - CAN Signal - Scantool Diagnostics

Monitor Scantool data

1. Connect GDS to DLC.
2. Check for PCM DTC(s).
3. Clear any PCM DTC(s).
4. If no PCM DTC(s), select the "Engine RPM" parameter.
5. Engine RUNNING: Observe Engine RPM while varying RPM's
6. Is the Engine RPM normal ?
