General Description

The EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) uses an electric motor to provide assistance to the driver while turning the steering wheel.
The EPS CM(Control Module) monitors the current of the motor to determine if there is a fault.

DTC Description

EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) Control Module compares current measured during certain Torque conditions.
EPS(MDPS=Motor Driving Power Steering) Control Module sets this code and inhibits EPS function if a gap between two values is out of specified range.
