Repair Procedures

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal in the right side luggage trim.
2. Remove the under cover.

3. Remove the front bumper.

4. Remove the air guards (A).




5. Loosen the drain plug (A), and drain the inverter coolant. Remove the inverter reservoir cap to help drain the coolant faster.




6. Disconnect the inverter radiator upper hose (A) and lower hose (B).
7. Unfasten the front bumper frame mounting bolts (C).
8. Remove the inverter radiator (D) from the radiator assembly.




9. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
10. Fill the reservoir with coolant and check for leaks.

NOTE:
Bleed air from the hybrid motor cooling system using GDS.
