Radiator: Service and Repair
RADIATOR
REMOVAL
1. Drain the engine coolant. Remove the radiator cap to speed coolant draining.
2. Remove the under cover(A).
3. Remove the air duct(A).
4. Remove the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).
5. Disconnect the radiator fan connector(A).
6. Remove the front bumper upper cover(A).
7. Disconnect the ATF(Automatic Transaxle Fluid) cooler hoses(A,B) from the radiator.
8. Remove the radiator bracket(A) mounting bolt and coolant bleed hose(B).

9. Remove the condenser mounting bolt(A,B).

[RH]
10. Remove the radiator from engine room.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the radiator assembly.
2. Install the condenser mounting bolt(A,B).

[RH]
3. Install the radiator bracket(A) mounting bolt and coolant bleed hose(B).
[LH]
[RH]
4. Install the ATF(Automatic Transaxle Fluid) cooler hoses(A,B) from the radiator.
5. Install the front bumper upper cover(A).
6. Install the radiator fan connector(A).
7. Install the upper radiator hose(A) and lower radiator hose(B).
8. Install the air duct(A).
9. Install the under cover(A).
10. Refill with engine coolant.
11. Start engine and check for leaks.
