Forte (SA014) (GEN 031)

- Description

This Service Action provides information on correcting an error in the Bluetooth system of the Forte sedan. Some of the vehicles have an incorrect identification when a Bluetooth phone is paired with the vehicle. The vehicle will display as "Forte Koup" instead of just "Forte". The system performance is not affected, the customer's Bluetooth will work with or without the re-flash. However, to prevent this display error, KMC has supplied a re-flash of the audio system which will correct this
concern.

Verify the vehicle is contained in the list of affected VIN's.
